Very clean green cloth boards with gold lettering on cover and spine. Binding is tight & square, no cracking. Pages and edges are clean and bright. No names, writing or bookplates. 327 pgs. Clean bright dustjacket is not price clipped, has small (1/4") closed tear at top rear spine corner, very tiny chip at base of rear panel (size of grain of rice or smaller), slight wear at top of spine. Enclosed in new archival quality mylar cover. A midwestern college professor and his family restore a house built by the Pilgrims after inheriting it from Great Aunt Phoebe. 8vo. New England.
