First publication of a revised edition of author's earlier book "And This Is Cape Cod", with four new chapters on Cape Cod Cooking, Houses, Sports, and Antiques. Clean blue cloth boards with red lettering and illustration on cover and spine. No bumping or wear. Binding is tight & squarre, pages and edges are clean. Clean endpapers illustrated with maps. No names, writing or marks. 306 pp. with index. Clean jacket is not price clipped (3.00 on front inside flap), a few tiny edge chips, very slight fading to spine. Signed Limited First Edition (no. 359) in original dustjacket, signed by author. Clean red cloth boards with black title box, gold lettering on spine. Slight surface wear to top and bottom spine edges, no fraying; small spot of fading to rear top spine corner. Binding is tight & square, no cracking. Pages and edges are clean. Previous owner bookplate on front free endpaper, plain corner card slide affixed to rear fixed endpaper. 293 pgs. with index. Illustrated with drawings by John O'Hara Cosgrave II. Clean dustjacket is not price clipped (3.75 on front inside flap), has 1/2" chipping at top spine edge, slight corner and edge wear. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover.
