Very clean black boards with bright silver lettering on spine. No fraying or wear. Binding is tight, with very slight lean. Pages and edges are clean and bright, with exception of glue mark to both front and rear fixed endpaper where old mylar had been lightly fastened. A very small "L" has been written on the front free endpaper. 186 pgs. Clean bright dustjacket is not price clipped, unchipped, with mere hint of slight edge wear. Enclosed in new archival quality mylar cover. Although the glue marks take this down from a collector's copy, the flaps of the dustjacket well cover the marks and make this a handsome and solid reading copy. The Battle of the Atlantic is in its early stages as a vital convoy steams away from war-torn Britain, bound for Halifax, Nova Scotia to bring back urgently needed supplies and the troops of a Canadian division to reinforce the embattled British Army. 8vo.
