Gray ribbed cloth boards with gilt, white and red decoration on cover and spine. Very clean with exception of faint stain from water droplet on front left edge (size of a nickel). Very light corner wear. Gilt top edges. Beautifully illustrated endpapers, and illustrations throughout by Frank T. Merrill. Very neatly penned contemporary (1907) previous owner name on front fly leaf. Color frontis illustration with clean tissue guard. Frontis illustration & copyright page are loose. All pages are present and binding is otherwise tight & square. 104 pgs.Antiquarian.
