AUTHOR-SIGNED and Limited First Edition (so stated) - this being number 98 of 160 copies printed and autographed, in original cloth dust jacket. Gray boards with white cloth corner tips and spine, clean unchipped paper title label on spine. No fraying or wear. Binding is tight and square, no cracking. Pages and edges are clean, with clean endpapers. No previous owner markings. Beautifully illustrated with historical photographs. Fold-out map in perfect condition. 311 pages with index. Green coated cloth dust jacket with stamped gold lettering on spine (a little fading to fold edges). Beautiful collectible quality - the history of the great Hudson River from the discoverers and explorers to settlement by the Dutch, the English, through the American Revolution and beyond.
