Collectible quality First Edition, First Printing in clean unclipped original dust jacket. Very clean sky blue cloth boards with black cloth spine, red lettering, blue decoration on spine. No fading, bumping or wear. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages and edges are clean with clean decorated endpapers. No names, writing or bookplates. 248 pages. Clean dust jacket is unchipped, not price clipped (3.00 on front inside flap), no tears, slightest hint of edge wear. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. Things don't always go the they way you expect them to when you take a family vacation! This story is even funnier than the author's previous "Father of the Bride." Made into a rollicking movie (1962) starring James Stewart, Maureen O'Hara, and Fabian.
